OMERO.Analysis 1.0.0
OMERO.Analysis 1.0.0 provides reusable Methods, Pipelines and portable Python notebooks in an authenticated OMERO workspace, with offline browser execution and optional server-side queries for large measurement files.
This release includes whole-notebook source editing, template filename discovery, separate figure cells and PNG/SVG/CSV companions, parameter/input-specific result retention, recoverable superseded outputs, repair of redundant dataset attachments, and remote input recovery across reloads and temporary worker failures. ZarrViewer review exports use the measured result's store identity.
The release includes notebook SDK 0.2.0, distributed independently in the same checksum manifest. Install the verified GitHub Release wheels using the documented offline deployment procedure; do not substitute PyPI or a moving source branch.
Validation covers Python 3.10–3.12, backend and SDK suites, frontend/type/security checks, Chrome runtime and workflow smoke, built-wheel verification, and pinned BIOMERO host, ZarrViewer and DataQueryWorker compatibility. The local integrated screen notebook was rerun after reopening, including remote DuckDB queries, segmentation PNG/SVG export and automatic OMERO saving.
For integrated deployments, use the corresponding NL-BIOMERO analysis_integration release and ZarrViewer 0.7.1. Production sites should complete their own permission-revocation, fresh-browser recovery and interrupted-synchronization acceptance checks. See docs/release-readiness.md for scope and limitations.
