NeMo Data Designer 0.9.6 adds UK and Germany personas and improves generation reliability, validation, and artifact storage.

• More persona locales: Added managed UK (en_GB) and Germany (de_DE) datasets, including locale-specific demographic fields. #1061
• Reliable structured output: Preserve schema-declared dictionary entries and validate their values while pruning undeclared record fields. #1046
• Sampler constraints after rounding: Numeric samples are rounded before constraint checks so returned values satisfy the configured constraints. #1022
• Python validation: Syntactically invalid Python is correctly classified as a fatal validation error. #1035
• Separate output directories: Concurrent fresh runs claim separate dataset directories instead of colliding. Resume runs continue to reuse their existing directory. #1051
• Import reliability: Fixed an import cycle affecting model error handling. #1039

Security

The engine now requires mcp>=1.30.0,<2 to address CVE-2026-59951. Update application lockfiles to include MCP 1.30.0 or later within the supported range. #1053
