Superseded by #109. That PR migrated Storybook v8 -> v10 wholesale, and @storybook/addon-a11y is now declared at ^10.5.5 (resolved 10.5.5) on main.

This PR proposes 10.4.6, which is older than what is already merged, so merging it would walk the declared range backwards. Closing rather than merging.

Verified legitimate, for the record: authentic dependabot[bot] (ID 49699333), GPG-verified commit, and 10.4.6 is a real release on registry.npmjs.org. The only reason not to merge is that it has been overtaken.
