• Fixed: goals already met in a previous session could replay their
  "goal reached" ding on login - the very first bag check on login could
  read stale data and incorrectly reset an already-earned goal, causing
  it to re-trigger once real bag data loaded
• Fixed: saving an item's edit popup could play a false "goal reached"
  ding if the goal you set was already satisfied - editing settings no
  longer triggers a sound; only a genuinely new completion during actual
  gameplay does
• Swapped: "Brann - Fantastic!" retired (the sound file stopped working
  on Blizzard's end) for a new line, "Brann - Time to go all out!"
