MBR + mass calibration failing on LTQ-XL DDA data

Hi,

I’m processing LTQ-XL DDA runs and IonQuant gives:

MBR: “Run X got nothing matched” → no MBR files
Mass calibration: “Not enough data to perform mass calibration” for every run mzML files include MS1+MS2.

Questions:

Is MBR expected to fail on LTQ-XL (low-res MS1)?
Is mass calibration unsupported for this instrument?
Should I disable MBR + calibration for this type of data?
Or is there something else that I might be doing wrong?
