KSA Multiplayer v0.3.6 Beta 1

This beta adds server-advertised browser login, DPAPI-protected persistent authentication, the authenticated server-manager dashboard, corrected authenticated player names/counts, and a fix for periodic universe-time jumps.

Installation:

1. Close Kitten Space Agency.
2. Download and run KSA-Multiplayer-Setup-v0.3.6-beta.1.exe.
3. Select the KSA installation folder.
4. Launch KSA using the KSA with Mods desktop shortcut.

Setup installs only the multiplayer client and its managed StarMap/.NET dependencies. It does not install or start a dedicated server on the player PC.

This is a beta while multiplayer synchronization receives broader in-game testing.
