Undeliverable message report

Trying to email ngi@nixos.org, I received the following bounce email sending email from outlook.

Please let me know if you need more information/the eml of the bounce report.

Apologies for the vague message, but I'm trying to preserve privacy:

1. We believe we're doing everything correct, but the mailserver we're forwarding to doesn't like us. We've reached out to them and are waiting to hear back.
2. In the mean time, we've made a different change to suppress this specific bounce.

I'm going to leave this open for now until either: 1) is resolved, or we've confirmed 2) is working well for us.
