Describe the package

Hey,

We already have age-plugin-yubikey available in nixpkgs but the package age-plugin-se which provides keys which use Apples Secure Enclave co-processor is missing.

Here's the installation formula from homebrew: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/a2abb29891dfa464594a3f1d538489adfcd09e31/Formula/a/age-plugin-se.rb

I haven't yet created any nix packages but would be happy to learn how to.

I assume this package will mostly be used with nix-darwin.

Additional context

There was earlier attempt to add this as direct binary download in: #267420

This was not merged since it didn't build directly from the source.
