terragrunt: failed to upgrade

Describe the bug

Ran a channel update and rebuild. It's trying to upgrade terragrunt but the build is failing. I noted that the version that it's trying to build is decently old.

Steps to reproduce

Install terragrunt via nix package in unstable.

Expected behaviour

Package installs/upgrades properly

Hi, thanks for the ping.

v0.73.15 is just over 2 weeks old so I wouldn't say it's particularly old but the gruntworks team do release frequently.

I'll bump to latest and see if that fixes it 👍

Needed to update go-mockery but may as well include the terragrunt update too
