I know their other main plugin (obs-studio-plugins.obs-vertical-canvas) is in the Nix package repo, but I am not seeing their multistream plugin.

as far as i can tell, obs-aitum can't be built with nix at the moment because the package still has massive flaws. Have you tried whether obs can load this package as a plugin? I know this from other applications as well, that plugins that have not yet been built with nix can still be loaded as plugins.
