bs-manager: Can't install mods

Describe the bug

Unable to install mods with bs-manager packed in nixpkgs.

Steps to reproduce

• Install the package
• Open BSManager and create or select an instance
• Go to the mods tab and try to click install
• IPA installation fails

Expected behaviour

IPA should install properly

I was encountering this issue whilst developing the package. I believe what ended up solving it was just a) not using steam to mod at all and B) deleting an instance and starting again.

This package also currently has a PR open to rebuild the whole thing from source which may fix it.

I've not encountered this bug since getting BSM merged into nixpkgs so I would have no idea how to replicate it

This is happening with an instance created via BSManager. I worked around the issue by running it under steam-run as per https://nix.dev/permalink/stub-ld

Alright, I've finally figured out the issue. My options are either wrap the entire program in an FHS environment or b) work with the linux maintainer for BSM to get this section running properly. I have identified that when BSIPA is run, BSM is directly calling the proton wine64 binary. This could easily be mitigated by adding a check for nixos and then using the system wine environment, that would let me include wine64 as a runtime requirement in the nixos package. The other option for BSM itself is they do the same thing as with launching Beat Saber, run it through steam run. I'm already talking to Silentrald about this.

For now if you want to install BSIPA into a brand new instance, you'll just have to run BSM under steam-run, otherwise the rest of the application works fine without it.

I would try to add this fix into the project myself, but im very unfamiliar with BSM's codebase, it'd take me a really long time to figure out how to implement this fix
