vimb: explicit build against libsoup_3

webkitgtk propagates the correct libsoup dependency.

It is also dangerous to have both libsoup_2_4 and webkitgtk_4_1, this runs the risk of crashing whenever a call to webRTC is made.

vimb directly builds against libsoup, so listing it explicitly is good practice - but then the correct one should be listed.
