xdvdfs-cli: init at 0.8.3

xdvdfs is a collection of tools for interacting with XDVDFS/XISO images.

There's also a Tauri-based "desktop" version of xdvdfs, but I don't have the time nor the energy to package it.

Tested by extracting a copy of Sonic Unleashed, then running pack, info, ls and tree on an unrelated directory.
