Fixes the on-screen keyboard on Add Playlist.

If the keyboard was dismissed, pressing OK on the field you were already on did nothing — you had to arrow off the field and back again to get it to reappear. OK now brings the keyboard back for whichever field is selected.

Includes 3.36.2 (What's New shows this year's releases rather than whatever your provider added most recently), 3.36.1 (TV layout detected correctly on first launch) and 3.36.0 (app no longer closing when you use the remote shortly after launch, automatic catalogue repair, backup servers).
