• Prevented virtual-display startup and session transitions from racing physical-display restoration, blocking cold startup, retaining probe displays, or applying a virtual HDR profile to a physical fallback.
• Reactivated compatible inactive virtual displays during recovery and recreated missing refresh-mode descriptors instead of unnecessarily replacing the monitor.
