FLauncher 12.0.4
FLauncher 12.0.4 — Account Privacy
This release adds a set of features for running multiple Minecraft accounts
without them being linkable to the same person. Everything below is off or
inert until you configure it — normal instances are unaffected.
📖 Full setup guide: ACCOUNT_PRIVACY_GUIDE.md
New
- Lock an instance to one account. A bound instance now refuses to launch
if its account is missing or broken, instead of silently falling back to your
default account (which used to quietly expose the wrong account). - Per-instance proxy. Give each instance its own outgoing IP (SOCKS5/HTTP,
with optional auth). The proxy is applied to the game and exposed to mods as the
FLAUNCHER_PROXYenvironment variable so your in-game proxy mod can route the
server connection. - Pre-launch proxy check. Before launching a proxied instance, FLauncher
verifies the proxy is reachable and actually changes your IP. If not, it warns
before you connect on your real IP. - Per-instance game language. Override an instance's locale (e.g.
de_DE) so
its client language can match its proxy region. - Linkability Report. Scans your instances and flags anything that links two
accounts — a shared account, a shared proxy, or an unprotected instance. - Stream-safe mode. Masks account usernames in the UI for streaming/screen-share.
All settings and kill switches live under Settings → Launcher → Account Privacy.
Notes
- In-game server-connection routing is handled by your proxy mod via
FLAUNCHER_PROXY; the launcher routes the game's web traffic and hands off the
proxy. See the guide. - Every new safeguard has an off switch and defaults to safe. If something blocks
you, the kill switches are all in one place.
