How to run

Note that the preferred way is to run the method from Scipion GUI. These instructions refer to using the script from command line.

To run the localized reconstruction script, simply give the following command:

scipion run relion_localized_reconstruction.py

As no parameters are given, usage instructions are printed.

If the script is not found, you may have to provide the full path.
