Fixed

  • Count all recently active Codex sessions instead of limiting detection to 12.
  • Recognize long-running Codex turns even when large tool output pushes the start event out of the end of the log.
  • Preserve the latest turn status when a quiet rollout becomes active again, so completed turns do not reappear as running.

Initial discovery recovers the session's status from its complete log; subsequent checks continue reading only appended data.
