Offband Meshcore 1.1.2-beta.3 — broker-pool diagnostics

Diagnostic patch beta over 1.1.2-beta.2.

Added

• Plain-text logging of the Observer broker-pool fetch (#108). The shared log (Share logs on the BLE-log screen) now records when the broker fetch is sent, how many brokers the device reports, and whether it completed (with timing) or timed out — so a shared log shows exactly where a pool load succeeds or stalls. Aimed at diagnosing the broker-pool errors that the raw frame log can't explain on its own.

Downloads

• Windows (x64): OffbandMeshcore-1.1.2-beta.3-win-x64.zip — extract anywhere, run offband_meshcore.exe. (VC++ runtime bundled.)
• Android: OffbandMeshcore-1.1.2-beta.3.apk — sideload; installs as an update over beta.2 (same app, higher version).

Everything from 1.1.2-beta.2 carries forward.

⚠ Still unsigned beta

Windows SmartScreen will warn (More info → Run anyway); Android needs "install unknown apps." No iOS build yet.
