1.0 (or is it)

Took 5 days to get to here, but now this is a thing. Everything works, it's semi-balanced and there is 1 whole faction that exists.
There still might be balance issues, issue issues, and other things. But my brain hurts from figuring things out so lol.

Requires the following mods: {"id": "lw_lazylib", "name": "LazyLib"}, {"id": "MagicLib", "name": "MagicLib"}, {"id": "nexerelin", "name": "Nexerelin"}. Is this copied from mod info, maybe.

I might come back to this with more stuff in the future tm, with better art, more tanks, more turrets, and another faction.
