CalDone 1.2.9 — more reliable sign-in and clearer errors
This update improves ChatGPT/Codex sign-in reliability and makes connection failures easier to diagnose.
- Open one browser session per sign-in and prevent overlapping attempts.
- Prevent an old browser window from cancelling a newer sign-in.
- Show clearer English and Russian errors with diagnostic codes and recovery steps.
- Correct the browser return page: receiving authorization does not yet mean the app is connected.
Install the attached ARM64 APK over your current CalDone installation. Close old OpenAI login tabs and start a fresh sign-in from CalDone. If it fails, share the error message and its AUTH_... code from the app or browser page.
Validation: 170 source tests, TypeScript checking, native callback HTTP checks, and an Android 15 cancellation/retry smoke test. A physical Android 17 retry is still needed to confirm the reported login outcome.
CalDone 1.2.8 — meal context and clarification fixes
Changes
- Meal analysis uses the same Pi Agent and tools as chat. It can find previous meals, read notes and clarification answers, and open saved photos.
- Plain text sent in a meal chat answers any pending clarification and triggers recalculation. Once clarification is complete, messages return to normal chat.
- Answer history is retained across clarification rounds and retries. Background recovery no longer restarts a meal while its answer is being processed.
- When a food name is disputed, the assistant is instructed to inspect the photo again. Previous guesses and echoed question text are not treated as user confirmation.
- Errors remain visible after reopening a chat. Failed answers can be retried without duplicating the message.
- Debug recording controls were removed, and diagnostic export is now labelled as saving logs.
Installation
Download caldone-1.2.8-arm64.apk and install it over an existing 1.2.x version. The application ID and signing key are unchanged.
Validation
All 163 automated tests, TypeScript checks and Android bundle export passed. The release build verified the APK signature, application ID and ARM64 architecture. Live-model behavior and installation on a physical phone have not been separately verified.

CalDone 1.2.5 — web images for text meals
Text-only meals can now display an illustrative image from a matching page found during nutrition research.
- The diary marks these images Web; meal details show From web · illustrative with a source link.
- Web images stay separate from uploaded photos and are never used as evidence for your portion or nutrition.
- Missing or unavailable images do not prevent meal analysis from completing.
- English and Russian labels are included, and image references survive backup export/import.
Install the signed ARM64 APK below to update CalDone 1.2.x. Existing local data is preserved.
Validation: TypeScript, 142 tests, and the signed Android release workflow. Native rendering and live-search image selection have not been verified on a device.

CalDone 1.2.4 — add dishes to existing meals
Add another dish to the same meal without replacing what you already logged.
- Open a meal and tap Add dish, then take a photo, choose gallery photos, or describe the new food.
- New food is analyzed with the existing meal as context. Existing items, edits, photos, and meal time are preserved.
- Questions about a new dish update only that dish. Analysis can be stopped and retried.
Finish the existing meal's analysis and questions before adding a dish. Unfinished additions are saved only after analysis completes; closing the app process before then can lose the draft.
Install caldone-1.2.4-arm64.apk to update an existing CalDone 1.2.x installation. This release uses the same application ID and release signing certificate.
Validation: TypeScript and the complete automated test suite passed. Native-device UI and live-provider analysis were not manually verified for this release.

CalDone 1.2.3 — photo request diagnostics
Добавлена запись одного тестового анализа для диагностики неверного распознавания фото.
- Откройте Настройки → Данные и приватность → Записать следующий анализ с фото.
- Добавьте одно блюдо с проблемным фото и дождитесь результата.
- Там же нажмите Сохранить диагностику.
Экспорт содержит исходное фото, поля фактически отправленного HTTP-запроса и текст ответа модели. Заголовки авторизации не сохраняются. Хранится только последняя тестовая запись; её можно удалить кнопкой Удалить тестовую запись. Обычный анализ без включения режима так не записывается.
Исправлена версия в диагностике и на экране «О CalDone».
Проверки: TypeScript и 124 теста, включая реальный сериализатор Codex и разбор потокового ответа с подменённым HTTP. На Android-устройстве тест не выполнялся. Эта версия добавляет сбор доказательств и не заявляет исправление самого распознавания.
CalDone 1.2.2 — visible processing and detailed statuses
- После отправки ответа форма вопросов сразу скрывается. При ошибке она возвращается с введённым текстом.
- Все блюда, включая обрабатываемые и ожидающие уточнения, видны в общем списке.
- Внутри блюда явно отмечены незавершённый пересчёт и предыдущая либо предварительная оценка.
- В чате появились текущий этап, время ожидания, предыдущие этапы обработки и причины ошибок действий.
Проверено: TypeScript, 120 тестов; подписанный ARM64 APK проверяется сборочным процессом. Визуальная проверка на телефоне не выполнялась.
Ошибка проверки веб-поиска остаётся отдельной нерешённой проблемой. Время обработки моделью не изменилось.
CalDone 1.2.1 — assistant photos and portion corrections
Исправления ассистента и уточнения порций:
- Просмотренные фото снова передаются модели в следующих сообщениях и после открытия сохранённой беседы. Фото не записываются в историю в виде base64; недоступные файлы явно обозначаются.
- Заданные вопросы остаются в истории. Варианты ответа доступны у актуальных вопросов, а не у уже отвеченных.
- После «не знаю порцию» или «хватит вопросов» ассистент должен завершить приблизительную оценку без повторных вопросов о весе и размерах.
- Явная поправка веса одного продукта, например 38 → 80 г, пересчитывает сохранённые КБЖУ напрямую, без повторного поиска. Для смешанных блюд или неизвестного исходного веса такой пересчёт не применяется.
- Включены варианты ответов на вопросы из #13.
Проверено: TypeScript, 115 автоматических тестов; три живых проверки Terra High для ответов о неизвестной порции. На Android-устройстве эта сборка ещё не проверена. Первоначальную подмену продукта воспроизвести однозначно не удалось; полная переоценка блюда по-прежнему отклоняется, если обязательный веб-поиск не подтверждён.
Android: версия 1.2.1, versionCode 14, dev.caldone.app, ARM64. Обновление поверх 1.2.0.

CalDone 1.2.0 — new application ID
Переход на CalDone 1.2
Новый Android ID: dev.caldone.app. Версия 1.2 устанавливается отдельно от 1.1.x, а не поверх неё.
Как перенести данные
- В старом приложении откройте «Настройки → Данные и приватность». Включите фотографии в экспорт и сохраните JSON-копию.
- Установите APK 1.2.0, завершите настройку и заново войдите в аккаунт.
- В новом приложении импортируйте сохранённую копию через «Настройки → Данные и приватность».
- Проверьте записи, фотографии и историю чата. Только после проверки удаляйте старое приложение. Сохраните резервную копию.
Старый формат резервных копий поддерживается. Авторизация не переносится через экспорт.
Изменения
- Завершено техническое переименование: модули, ресурсы, настройки, база и ссылки используют CalDone/caldone; схема ссылок —
caldone://. - Репозиторий: https://github.com/OldKrab/caldone.
- Включены последние исправления поиска пищевой ценности и отображения отправленных уточнений в чате.
- CI проверяет package ID готового APK, подпись и ARM64 ABI.
TypeScript и тесты пройдены; сборка и подпись — GitHub Actions. Перенос на физическом телефоне пока не проверен.
