Releases: OmegaAOL/Cerulean
Release list
Release 1.4.2
- Fix breaking bug caused by active debug code in release 1.4.1
Release 1.4.1
- Cerulean now saves your DID instead of your handle to make sure login works after name changes. However, old login information will not be wiped, and variables/the registry entry are still named "handle" for backwards compatibility. This only applies to users saving their credentials in the future.
- Implemented 'Find sockpuppets' feature, currently only works for your own account and if you are authorized. Under Moderation -> Find Potential Sockpuppets -> Of my account.
- Fix extreme lag when moving the Cerulean window around
- Distinguish between read and unread notifications
- Change 'view thread' to 'view comments', move to first positiion (on post actions bar)
- Fix bug where clicking profile names in posts would crash Cerulean
- Fix bug where clicking links without explicit http:// or https:// would crash Cerulean
Release 1.4
Release 1.3
- Fix tagging system
- Fix image loading bug
- Fix very annoying refresh token bug (present since what, Alpha 0.0.4 i think?)
Release 1.3 beta 2
Do not daily this. It has bugs with image loading. Download purely for testing purposes. Release 1.2 recommended.
- Add experimental dark mode
- Clean up some code
Release 1.3 beta 1
Most users do not want to download this. Get Release 1.0.2.
- Add experimental video playback support
- Use asynchronous patterns for media loading. This breaks things.
Release 1.2
Add ability to create accounts with PDS servers. Bluesky's PDS does not work with this for some reason. If anyone can get it working or knows why please raise an issue.
Also, the small changelogs do not mean that nothing is getting done. I would argue that there is much more getting done than in the days when Cerulean releases had giant huge changelogs. They mean that I don't feel like documenting every small change and bugfix.
Release 1.1
- Remove tab (-) button added
- new installer instead of the .zip's that I've been shipping ever since the first Alpha release. Should make it a lot easier for the non-tech-savvy.
- shipping the Release branch instead of the Debug branch, so less file bloat, no more debugging symbols, and a bit faster.
Yes the installer works on Windows 98. Tabbed browsing is still not very polished yet but I expect to fix this in the next few releases.

Release 1.0
Crimson 0.3.5c
Great changes here people.
- Fixed TCP keep-alive with handle pool (this means that network things will be around 2x-3x faster than before)
- Added support for two-factor authentication. (Bluesky itself currently only supports email 2FA, but other PDSes may support authenticator-based 2FA, text message 2FA, or other 2FA methods, which Cerulean is compatible with)
- Improved login flow
- Fixed some bugs, including a breaking bug on Windows 9x
