Great changes here people.

• Fixed TCP keep-alive with handle pool (this means that network things will be around 2x-3x faster than before)
• Added support for two-factor authentication. (Bluesky itself currently only supports email 2FA, but other PDSes may support authenticator-based 2FA, text message 2FA, or other 2FA methods, which Cerulean is compatible with)
• Improved login flow
• Fixed some bugs, including a breaking bug on Windows 9x
