Alpha 0.0.4 - Multithreading!

This release adds multithreading to Cerulean, so now all background tasks run on a seperate thread! This should improve stability and stop UI elements from hanging when something is happening with the network.

As always, this is far from complete. You can login and press Ctrl + T to post a message, that's about it.
