Openshell Crashes explorer on latest Windows 11 Build

Describe the bug

when using Retrobar or the default Windows taskbar, after clicking start, Explorer.exe crashes as well as Retrobar.

Area of issue

Windows Explorer

To reproduce

Install latest Openshell Version.
Click the Start button.
Explorer should crash.

Expected behavior

The Openshell Start menu should open.

4.4.198

Windows version

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26200.8037]

i also use Explorer Patcher, Winpaleter, and WindowBlinds11
