Programs such as Game Bar, Photos, and Media Player showing up consistently in the frequent programs list.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to open the context menu for a given program in the frequent programs list, and promptly blacklist it from showing up again.

Alternatives you've considered
Disabling "Show recent Metro Apps", this option feels a bit like the nuclear option as it removes apps I do want listed as frequently used, while also missing others I do want blacklisted. I could pin programs in combination with disabling the previous setting, but some programs just aren't that important.
