Patch release for the public OpenSyria administrative geography seed dataset.

  • Adds 281 widened-radius one-to-one GeoNames locality matches.
  • Improves locality GeoNames ID coverage from 3,768 to 4,049 records.
  • Keeps unresolved locality GeoNames gaps for future source-backed review.
  • Publishes JSON, NDJSON, CSV, SQL, YAML, and XML artifacts for governorates, districts, subdistricts, and localities.
