Known limitations:

• 2 Quneitra subdistrict population values remain null because the USCB workbook uses missing-data sentinels.
• 6 Quneitra locality Arabic names remain unset because the GeoNames point-fill rows have no Arabic alternate names.
• Locality-level GeoNames coverage is intentionally partial and should improve through future reviewed releases.

• HDX/OCHA administrative-boundary comparison: 0 missing records, 0 extra records, 0 parent mismatches.
• Current GeoNames SY.zip selected populated-place columns matched the local imported GeoNames input: 11,735 rows.

Known limitations:

• Records are seed data and should continue to improve through source-backed follow-up releases.
• 2 subdistricts do not have population values.
• 6 localities do not have Arabic names yet.
• Locality GeoNames coverage is partial.
• Locality population is not modeled in this release.
