Help with DDI PBPK modelling

I'm trying to use my PK data from rats to generate PBPK modeling, but I'm new to this field and still learning how to apply my data. I'm following YouTube tutorials, but I'm facing issues replicating the workflows shown. I'm using build 11.3.208, and I'm unsure if the differences are due to the software version or if the current version is incompatible with the tutorial's workflow. Could you guide me with the correct workflow to perform DDI (drug-drug interaction) analysis for two compounds within a formulation?
