CYP Enzyme abundance/protein expression for different races

Hi all,

I am currently working on understanding whether race has an effect on hormone therapy drugs (enzalutamide, abiraterone, etc) on prostate cancer patients. I understand that we can use the human gene-expression database available. But how would I adjust them for different races such as European American versus African Americans?

If anyone has any sources or an idea on how to do this, that would be helpful.
