The gene expression level in the "Expression Profiles ——TMEFF2**|Mouse|Healthy" that I created by importing expression data from the database file GENEDB_mouse_TPM_ONLY_BgeeRelease_15_0_2023-08-29.expressionDB is different from the content in the Expression Data Analysis of the officially provided example file under the same profile name "Expression Profiles ——TMEFF2|Mouse|Healthy".
However, the expression level in the "Expression Profiles ——TMEFF2|Human|Healthy" that I created from GENEDB_human.expressionDb is identical to those in "Expression Profiles ——TMEFF2|Mouse|**Healthy" from the official example file.

I can not fully follow what the problem is.

-TMEFF2**|Mouse|Healthy" this Mouse data from the GENEDB_mouse_TPM_ONLY_BgeeRelease_15_0_2023-08-29.expressionDB. This is - the only available data for mouse
-TMEFF2|Human|Healthy" is Human data from the GENEDB_human.expressionDb
-TMEFF2|Mouse|Healthy" seems like a copy of Human data to a mouse. Did you copy this from the human expression data? EST-UNIGENE is not provided by the mouse data base
