Radio-Oracle 1.0.45 fixes desktop imports of Condes GPX and KMZ courses.

• Condes labels such as 1 (71) now identify control code 71 while keeping course order separate from fox identity.
• KMZ imports recognize course-setting control codes and Start/Finish metadata, and reconstruct complete numbered courses from their coordinate folders.
• Existing fox/SI station pairs are preserved. New controls and course mappings appear in the import review.
• Failed course imports now show an error dialog and record diagnostic details.

Validated using the original reported GPX and KMZ attachments, regression fixtures with invented locations, and desktop/shared/Android release tests. Windows and Linux installers include their required native runtimes; local installation and startup are verified on macOS.

Android: No user-facing Android changes in this release. Version metadata is aligned at 1.0.45 (versionCode 53); jDeploy does not publish the Android app.
