Skill Feedback Engine v0.1.1
Skill Feedback Engine v0.1.1 publishes the cross-tool registration work as an immutable patch release.
- Adds repository-local Codex plugin and marketplace registration for the canonical skill.
- Adds Claude plugin and marketplace registration for the same canonical skill.
- Aligns component publisher metadata with Openly Useful’s live founder-operated authority while Openly Useful LLC remains formation-pending.
- Records founder-owner-direct external publication authorization and retains namespace, provider-authentication, and provider-review gates.
- Extends validation so package, runtime, provider, publisher, and project-status versions cannot drift.
No MCP server is introduced in this release. CI passed on Python 3.9 and 3.13.
