Add Japanese toolbar translations
Add model detection and URL validation for custom AI
Adds support for detecting and listing available models from OpenAI-compatible custom AI endpoints. Introduces URL validation to catch common configuration mistakes and improve user guidance. Makes API key optional across all custom model formats, and adds caching for model lists to improve UX.
Key changes:
- New AIUrlHelper class for base URL validation and warnings
- listCustomOpenAIModels() method to fetch models from compatible endpoints
- UI dropdown to select detected models
- URL validation warnings in settings panel
- Improved error handling for empty model connection test responses
- Translated strings for new validation messages and model detection
