Resistance while affected by herald mod on Circle rings is erroneously blocked by Scornful herald

What is the behaviour in-game?

The synth rings Circle of Nostalgia etc with mod +resistance while affected by herald provide resistances regardless of socketing Scornful herald support gem.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

With Scornful herald support gem socketed, not only is the buff effect removed, but the added resistances from the ring are also removed.

How to reproduce the issue

Add herald, ring with resistance mod, and scornful herald. Toggle the support to see the effect.
