Icestorm not showing as being supportable by Controlled Destruction

Check version

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the behaviour in-game?

In-Game, Controlled Destruction absolutely supports Icestorm. In PoB, it does not affect it in any way. (Other supports do)

Not showing a Checkmark beside the support

How to reproduce the issue

Add Whispering Ice to build.
Change a skill group to be socketted in Weapon 1.
Attempt to add a support
Controlled Destruction will show up as not-compatible.
