1.6.6: Automatic channel update

Release 1.6.6 with an automatic channel update

• In addition to importing the channel list from a file, it is now possible to import the channel list from a URL
• Two new options in the advanced configuration allow you to specify a channel URL and a timeout for automatic retrieval (in minutes)
• As of today, channels are synchronized by their name: channels with new names are imported; for channels with an existing name, their URL is updated; channels not included in the new list remain unchanged (same behavior as with the old import with append).
• As of today, ongoing recordings are not interrupted, and an update to the channel URL takes effect only for the next recording.

Technical notes

• should work well with Python 2.7.18
• works well with Python 3.8 and will probably fail with any Python > 3.10
• many libraries are outdated, pushing further is difficult.
