Miner now auto-selects RandomX fast (full-dataset) mode when enough RAM is free (light mode otherwise), and shows the active mode plus a live hashrate in the Miner tab. Fixes a crash when mining with multiple threads, and the miner status no longer resets when switching tabs.

Fixes the miner CPU/threads selector. It was cosmetic — the selected value was ignored and the miner always used all CPU cores. Now the selection actually limits cores (via GETH_RANDOMX_THREADS), and it persists across tab switches and app restarts.

Fixes a miner crash on clean machines. The 0.2.0 node binary dynamically required the MinGW libstdc++_64-6.dll, which isn't present on most user machines, so starting the miner failed with a missing-DLL error. 0.2.1 statically links the C++ runtime — the bundled node is now self-contained.

No consensus or feature changes: still mainnet (chainId 620156) with real RandomX PoW. Existing 0.2.0 users auto-update.

Testnet remains temporarily omitted until it's redeployed on real RandomX.

Fixes chain re-sync on restart: the miner now shuts down cleanly so go-ethereum flushes its state to disk. The previous CTRL_BREAK shutdown never actually reached the miner (a GUI process can't signal another process's console group without attaching first), so every stop hard-killed the node and the next start re-synced from an old block.
