PeerCash Wallet 0.2.2

Fixes the miner CPU/threads selector. It was cosmetic — the selected value was ignored and the miner always used all CPU cores. Now the selection actually limits cores (via GETH_RANDOMX_THREADS), and it persists across tab switches and app restarts.

No consensus changes: still mainnet (chainId 620156), real RandomX. Existing users auto-update.
