Log upstream Run status transitions and non-finished result so cursor-sdk-server.log surfaces the actual reason a run ended in error (rate-limit, context-overflow, model 5xx, etc.) instead of returning a bare status: error to clients with no upstream context.

Two additive log lines in ingestRun:

• onDidChangeStatus logs every status transition (prev -> next) at INFO level.
• When sdkRun.wait() resolves with result.status !== "finished" (the common "silent error" path that doesn't throw), log the full result object at ERROR level.

No client-side API change. Diagnostic improvement only.
