Changes

  • MCP server config now uses discriminated local / remote wire types instead of stdio/http
  • local: command: string[] (executable + args), optional environment, timeout
  • remote: url, optional headers, timeout
  • Server translates wire configs to Cursor SDK stdio / http format before agent creation
  • timeout is accepted on the wire but not passed to the SDK

Breaking changes

Update MCP configs in agent.create from the old stdio/http shape to the new local/remote shape. See SPEC.md for details.
