Child of Hyscas ended at v2.0.1 in 2012 (see http://mis.u-picardie.fr/~g-caron/software), MIXEDVISION v1.0.0 could be seen as Hyscas v3.0 but only with a command line interface for the moment. A new graphical user interface is under development but will be made public later.

Compared to Hyscas v2.0.1, MIXEDVISION v1.0.0 renews the code and integrates several developments made from time to time during 10 years about:

  • calibrating dual-fisheye cameras, such as the multiple plane calibration target (see our 2018 visual gyroscope paper at https://hal.science/hal-01716939)
  • improvement of the xml interface to export calibration results of multi-camera systems, such as to feed the open-source projects using the libPeR library on Perception for Robotics
  • stereo-cameras with misordered sets of images
  • other minor improvements
