VetroLook 2.2 brings a substantial Video Mode polish pass, a more reliable playback experience, and a complete Windows delivery set.

Highlights

Rebuilt Video Mode controls around a dense macOS-style frosted matte material with live backdrop blur, layered tint, border, highlight, shadow, and grain.
Replaced transport and window glyphs with a consistent Phosphor-inspired icon system and refined interaction motion.
Added dedicated audio-track and subtitle controls, stable animated popups, and a Picture-in-Picture control with correct window-state restoration.
Fixed glass material loss during hover and popup interaction.
Fixed video sizing, true maximize/fullscreen behavior, compact-window corner radii, and black bars caused by the application frame.
Added functional video zoom and enabled file actions in Video Mode while removing image-only commands.
Improved loading-state recovery, metadata presentation, title treatment, and Video Mode documentation.
Added a complete packaging pipeline for MSI, EXE installer, portable ZIP, and a standalone clean uninstaller.

VetroLook-2.2-Portable.zip — portable x64 distribution.
VetroLook-Clean-Uninstall.exe — removes previous VetroLook installations, stale registrations, shortcuts, and cached installation state before reinstalling.
SHA256SUMS.txt — checksums for all four packages.

If Windows continues to open an older registered copy, run the clean uninstaller first, then install VetroLook 2.2 using the EXE or MSI package.
