The following permissions are required for users in order to be an Alcatraz admin and/or play Alcatraz. OP's are by default given the Alcatraz admin command and general users are by default given permission to play Alcatraz.

Alcatraz.admin - Access to /alca commands to setup and administer Alcatraz
Alcatraz.user - Access to play Alcatraz and use in game player commands
