Learn about vigilant mode.

Moves away from deprecated findGuild endpoint, instead using the unified guild endpoint that has existed for a long time.
Cache uses the guild objects directly as well, indexes have to be ensured on mongo for this to work efficiently.
Currently unsupported on the flatfile implementation.

Adds new unified staff rank definition.
