Faster USB content installation for PlaneSlate Mini and Micro.

  • Receives USB packets independently of display rendering and wakes the SD worker immediately when new work arrives.
  • Keeps settings processing on its existing task and SD access on the sole SD worker. Packet limits, checksums and activation checks remain in place.
  • Preserves saved device settings and SD content. Content remains at 1.0.22; this release updates firmware only.

Validation: both product builds and shared tests pass. On the Mini, the complete 99.7 MB package was transferred, verified and activated in 14 minutes on an existing SD card; all 35 checked settings were preserved and fresh flight data resumed without RESET. This was not a fresh-card first-install measurement. Micro has build/shared-test validation, without a physical 0.9.49 flash test.

The earlier Wi-Fi outage after a much longer installation has not been reproduced or conclusively explained. This remains a 0.9.x community-preview release.
