The PSID data layer for the covered-earnings correction, through a referee round plus its fix round.

  • Raw job-context reader + person-attached sidecar: exact-byte extraction from the staged fixed-width files with non-bypassable dictionary/raw-source SHA identity (public bypasses removed; poisoning, same-size-mutation, and snapshot-race attacks all have regressions), immutable cached evidence, and interview-token agreement on person attachment. family.py is byte-identical to master (verified by blob hash) — no existing consumer changes.
  • Reference-year and source-concept registries: the frozen wave→reference-year map (period = wave−1, era seams, 2013 claim gap, boundary 2014, projection classes — referee-verified against the design), with the concept seams immutable and independently hashed.
  • The fail-closed inventory adjudication: the complete §4.2 slot inventory correctly does NOT exist — the staged dictionaries cannot establish full descriptions, historical code maps, missing-token grammar, timing, or absence proofs (V-B5/V-B6/V-B8 recorded as registration-required) — but all 6,290 field-bound format maps found in the 2021/2023 dictionaries are preserved as positive evidence in the audit artifact (sha e06eec5d…) rather than discarded. The referee's scope ruling: the mandatory complete 43-wave codebook ceremony follows as its own unit.
  • The modern four-job physical reader registry is explicitly named as an ancillary subset and guarded against being mistaken for the inventory.

4,215 tests pass (PSID suite 107).
