Real PSID Phase-A careers + observed births (cah85_23) + the statutory 415(a)/(b) chain transported to the common 2050 cohort reproduce the caregiver credit's progressivity pattern: the bottom-lifetime-earnings-quintile share of aggregate benefit gains lands in or above the anchor's 52-62% band for all four plans (Biden 64.3, Buttigieg 58.2, Klobuchar 70.7, Warren 58.5), with the 1/2-credit designs highest and the plan-ordering endpoints matching the anchor.
