The node-graph integration branch merged in #836, so the burndown ratchet compares against origin/main, its unit test fakes that ref, and the workflow no longer triggers on the merged branch. The charter records the merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
