The texts are not visible when hovered

Description of the bug
In the dropdown navbar when hovering through things the inner text is not visible.

Steps To Reproduce
1.go to website
2.click on the right most three dashed buttons
3.hover over the elements

@anth-volk should I let the background color on hover white and just make the test visible or you want to change the background color to something else on hovered??
